What is a Service Provider?
Together, MSPA Americas members work to protect the credibility of our industry, and its role in enhancing the customer service experience. We help our clients understand the critical component of successfully measuring and managing the customer experience. In doing so, we help our members build their business. Our member companies include:
- Marketing research and merchandising companies
- Loss prevention companies
- Mystery shopping companies
- Companies that specialize in providing customer experience management and measurement services
- Companies that provide goods and/or services to the customer experience industry
