To apply for your upgrade, simply fill in the information below completely and hit submit. You can confirm your eligibility by viewing the membership chart below. Please keep in mind that incomplete applications missing any of the information requested will not be processed.

Please note that this form is to be used only when upgrading to Ruby, Sapphire, Diamond, or Diamond Plus status. If you are upgrading from Basic to Plus, do not use this form. After you submit this form for upgrade consideration to Ruby, Sapphire, Diamond, or Diamond Plus status your credentials will be reviewed within a few business days. Once your credentials are confirmed, your MSPA Americas status will be manually upgraded on your account.
