MSPA Common Codes of Professional Standards and Ethical Conduct
MSPA Americas, as part of MSPA global, is dedicated to improving service and to promoting excellence in the customer experience management and measurement industry along with our other chapters around the world. Our goal is to ensure consistent standards are maintained and to stimulate the use of these services. Information about customer experience management and measurement services should be accurately communicated to both the business community and to the public at large, while complying with applicable government laws, regulations, and ordinances.
Field Talent (Independent Contractor) Members
MSPA Americas Code of Ethics and Professional Standards for Independent Contractors
Field Talent individuals collect in-person data on behalf of businesses and are expected to act in a professional and ethical manner.
As part of your acceptance for membership in MSPA Americas, Field Talent members agree to, and are immediately bound by, a code of conduct. A link to this is provided on the membership page to review before applying to become a member.
Dispute Resolution
MSPA Americas, not holding legal jurisdiction over the conduct of any members, does not arbitrate or mediate disputes between any classes of members of the association. These disputes may be handled by certified alternative dispute resolution agencies or courts of competent jurisdiction. MSPA Americas does dispense legal advice. Please consult your own legal counsel for options to resolve any of these types of issues.
