MSPA Americas Code of Ethics and Professional Standards
 
MSPA Americas is dedicated to improving service and to promoting excellence in the customer experience management and measurement industry. Our goal is to ensure consistent standards are maintained and to stimulate the use of these services. Information about customer experience management and measurement services should be accurately communicated to both the business community to and the public at large, while complying with applicable government laws, regulations, and ordinances.
