MSPA was founded in 1998 by a group of mystery shopping business owners who recognized the positive influence a trade association could have on the industry. Our chapter started with membership of mystery shopping provider companies, but has since grown to include membership for all service providers that impact the customer journey including retail merchandisers. In 2017, MSPA North America consolidate with MSPA Latin America to form MSPA Americas.
Today, MSPA is an international association focused on supporting and influencing the entire customer experience through education, research, networking, and metrics.

  • MSPA Americas is a community of professionals focused on engaging the business community to become better educated on their customers’ experiences and ultimately working toward enhancing the overall customer experience throughout the Americas.
