MSPA Americas Returns ShopperFest to Orlando June 21-23
The Customer Journey Conference Started in Orlando in 2014
Orlando, FL (June 3, 2024) – MSPA Americas, the industry’s official customer journey association, returns to the Orlando area for its 10th annual ShopperFest conference. ShopperFest is one of the trade association’s two annual conferences, held annually to support the hundreds of thousands mystery shoppers and merchandisers in the Americas.
“Returning to Orlando, the Customer Service Capital of the World, for our 10th ShopperFest conference, is both exciting and appropriate,” said MSPA Americas Board President Sam Hersey (of member company ClearPoint Solutions US). “MSPA Americas has deep roots here, as we formed our trade association in Orlando in 1998, have held several international conferences here for both ShopperFest and our CME event, and, since 2020, we have made Orlando our global headquarters through our association with local management firm Buena Vista Events & Management.”
MSPA Americas’ ShopperFest is an annual event that brings together professionals and stakeholders in the mystery shopping, merchandising and customer experience industries. ShopperFest typically features a variety of workshops, seminars, panel discussions, and networking opportunities aimed at educating attendees about the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in mystery shopping, merchandising and related fields. It’s a chance for mystery shoppers, merchandisers, business owners, market researchers, and others interested in enhancing the customer journey to connect, learn, and collaborate with the industry’s leadership.
The three-day conference kicks off on Friday, June 21 at the Wyndham Orlando Resort International Drive and ends on Sunday, June 23.
